Institutional Accessibility

    • GSG Director of Accessibility Affairs meets quarterly with OIA to provide and receive updates on accessibility at the university

Office for Civil Rights Compliance (OCRC)

  • OCRC manages the university’s prompt and caring response to all reports of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation relating to protected characteristics involving community members at all of USC’s locations, departments, and institutes

    • GSG members will connect students needing resources to OCRC (formerly EEO-TIX); students may want a GSG member to make the initial contact, either via email or phone or by walking with a student to the office
    • OCRC often uses GSG as a pilot for new graduate student programs or initiatives
    • GSG will schedule as-needed meetings with OCRC staff should we recognize patterns of misconduct or common problems within graduate student spaces
